Aldo Arroyo

CEO/Owner

Aldo Arroyo is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Luminous Builders LLC. Aldo is a graduate of the University of Arizona where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and later a master’s degree in public administration.

Aldo is a graduate of Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he earned a master’s degree in Global Management with an emphasis on Global Affairs and Entrepreneurship.

Before Luminous, Aldo served a decorated career as a Law Enforcement professional in the States of Arizona and Washington. Aldo served in various capacities including patrol, SWAT, Hostage Negotiator, Combative Instructor, Firearms Instructor, Field Training Officer, Financial Crimes Detective, Special Victims Unit Detective, Human Trafficking Task Force Operator, Child Forensic Interviewer, Child Crimes Investigator, Sergeant, and various other leadership roles.

Aldo maintains that the key to his success has been his commitment, drive, and passion for serving others. Aldo’s commitment to serving the public extends beyond his company and his law enforcement background, as he is a proud member of the West Valley Mavericks and an active philanthropist, along with his wife, Paola.

Aldo attributes his drive to serve his community is parallel to his drive and passion as an entrepreneur. Since its inception, his companies, Luminous Builders LLC, and Luminous Energy to become nationally recognized Commercial and Residential General Contractors, while maintaining the same Mom-and-Pop feeling.

Aldo, firmly believes it is the very reason that separates Luminous from any other company, they offer modern, state-of-the-art service while ensuring every customer served feels like family. Outside of work, Aldo enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Paola, and their four children. Aldo serves as Head Coach for various sports in their Church League and has served as Motivational Speaker in several events, by passing on the message of Servant Leadership.

Paola Arroyo

CFO/Owner

Paola Arroyo is our Owner and Chief Financial Officer. Paola is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and later completed a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on Financial Strategy.

Paola later attended Arizona State University and earned a subsequent master’s degree in Global Management, with an emphasis on Global Accounting and Financial Management, at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Prior to becoming the Owner and CFO of Luminous, Paola had the privilege of working for USAA and Alphabet (Google) wherein she served in the capacity of Financial Strategist, Human Resources, and Assistant Chair of Finance.

Nowadays, Paola’s core function is the financial success of the company, while ensuring Luminous remains fair and competitive for our customers. Further, Paola is directly in charge of Luminous Community Outreach program as she is the Chair of Luminous Cares, a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Organization, designed to give back to our community.

Paola has served as a Key Member in several community benefiting events such as our very own, Luminous Annual Toy Drive, the Mavericks Foundation Golf Tournament, Helping One Woman (HOW) Fundraising Dinners and the Saint Mary’s Food Bank Feed our People Campaign.

Outside of work, Paola enjoys spending time with her husband, Aldo, and their four children, and traveling. Paola is also an avid adrenaline junkie, as she has participated in several sky-diving events, Bungee jumping courses, and traveled to several parts of the world to experience extreme Zip-Line Adventures.

Cris Arroyo

Chief Operating Officer

Cris Arroyo is our President. Cris has over 10 years of experience in operations, logistics, supervision, and project management in the areas of Building, Developing, Planning, Permitting, and Renewables.

Cris commenced his career as a Site-Surveyor for a Solar Installer in the Valley and after several years of service, earned the opportunity to function in the role of Project Manager, Client Relations Manager, Director of Operations, Superintendent, and Managing Director.

In 2018, Cris joined his brother’s company, Luminous Builders LLC, and helped the company become what it is today, a family-owned and operated business operation, with national recognition as a “Sustainability Leader” in Commercial and Residential Construction. At Luminous, Cris has had the title of Director of Operations, Construction Manager, and now, President.

Cris attributes his success in the industry to his convictions of integrity, honesty, and transparency. Outside of work, Cris enjoys spending time with his fiancé, and their two dogs, attending art and music festivals, and spoiling with his four nephews.
